Why does it have to be one _or_ the other? Why can't you have your
printed copy and someone else have the immediacy and searchability of the
electronic medium? I suspect that the printed documents are prepared with
the use of a computer (word-processor) so publishing most of them on the
web at the same time is not onerous.
