American citizens should come to attention and salute, either the
military salute or the civilian hand-on-heart while the flag passes.
Once the flag has passed you, gradual relaxation to "as you were." When
Colors are posted, hold Attention until they _are_ posted.
When the flag of another nation passes, it is courteous to give it the
respect you want for your flag from their citizens.
