May I suggest "Hoosiers". To quote from a review by Jeff Meyer:

The movie deals with leadership and team building without any military or
vioent themes and the basketball background should keep the young men
interested in the story.

I was going to suggest this movie also. It is a wonderful movie about
taking a stand in this world. But, I do not know what it has to do with
