If you could afford it, why not bring your Troop to Germany/Switzerland
for Summer Camp. Transatlatic Council offers a "traditional" type
summer camp during the month of July in Daupthe, Germany. You could
then travel to Kandersteg, Switzerland (International Scout Camp) and
attend a high adventure summer camp in the Alps.
We go to Kandersteg every January for our Klondike Derby. A great place
to visit. If you are at all interested in this, let me know and I would
be willing to act as a sponsor to do some of the leg work for you.
