explorer etc. and the GL together with the board will perform official
duties. Contacts to press, community, district and of course being the

In 1979 I was the Assistant Trail Camp Director with National Capital Area
Counsil, Maryland at their camp at Goshen - now known as the Lenhok'sin High
Now i have job as treasurer for our local district (1000 members). Situated
appr. 10 miles North of Copenhagen our capital. We live in the socalled
Green Area where you will find a lot of lakes and forests.
Following the discussion on these pages I would like you to think
environmental - repellent for bugs - why spray if you dont know what is
inside the spray can.
The Danish National Health Authorities have banned all sprays containing
DEET as it has not been proven that it is not toxic. DEET is the commercial
name for diethyltoluamid (i dont know any english translation for this).
I've just read this in a magazine.
If you don't like mosquitos they suggest that you eat some vitamines called
B1 and the mosquitos will not like smell that comes from your skin (I think
they will smell it even if you use soap - and it should not bother your
neighbours) Ha. Ha.
