1. Initial split is with the boys and the Troop - 50/50.
2. The boy's share is pro-rated based on the amount of time they put into
the fund raiser. (i.e. the boy who gave 4 hours will make more than the one
who gave 2)
3. Depending on the type of fund raiser, the boys are usually required to
sign up for blocks of time (usually 2 hours). This allows us the ability to
make sure that the boys are "gainfully employed" and not just hanging around.
It also lets the boys work it into their schedule if they have other things
4. The money is held in an account for the boys by the Finance chairman.
The boys are encouraged to use this to help defray the cost of summer camp
but may use it as they see fit (stress on scouting needs).
