I totally agree with Jeff. Let the SPL and ASPL go back to the patrol as an
equal member. Let them again lead from within the patrol, by setting the
example and support the new troop leadership. There is something to be
learned by being again on equal footing with the patrol members. Not all
boys can be like the 'turtle on the fence'.
