1. Per our rules & regs: the local councils have the authority to 'banter'
with you on policies, and national actually has whole committees (of
volunteers) who then deal with the 'banter'.
2. To incorporate open interaction, would be to eliminate the local council.
3. the BSA structure is set up specifically to facilitate communication ( I
KNOW IT DOES NOT WORK)
Can you imagine how much training we would all have to have to fully
understand all sides of every issue that our national volunteer committees
deal with all the time? But then, that's what they are there for, they are
our 'patrol leaders.'
