New Web Pages: "Scouting is a Game with a Purpose"

I am pleased to announce a series of pages devoted to bringing the values of
Scouting through to youth. This material, based on the Ethics in Action
initiative developed by the Viking Council in Minneapolis, Minnesota and now
incorporated into Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Explorer literature and program,
is one of the more exciting new directions for the B. S. A. Setting the
pace for the "values" revolution taking place today across the country,
Scouting only has to look to the values it has held since its foundation.
The author was directly involved in many of the early steps of Ethics in
Action and has written much of the material now incorporated in Boy Scouting.
