Can we recall the ocean because kids have been known to drown in it?
At what point are people going to accept:
1. Some measure of personal responsiblity;
2. A recognition that not all bad things that happen are capable of being
blamed on others; and
3. Although unquestionalbly and often tragic, **** happens. You just have
to take what
reasonable measures of caution you can, and get on with life. I'm going to
down in my strinhg hammock now, which hasn't killed me yet.
(remember, this is coming from a plaintiff's lawyer...)
