The self-study course is excellent. It is a syllabus that takes the
guesswork out of deciding or determining what a Leader needs to read, see
and be aware of in the program. It implies by it's cover that a Coach or
Aide will be helping.
But it requires an expenditure of time and funds (to obtain the materials
required if not readily available) that most people would find difficult
or even unacceptable.
Leaders who have passed on all other types of training are unlikely to
complete or even begin this training for the same reasons they failed to
attend the hosted Training.
Getting everyone to Training sessions is still the best and easiest way to
go. The commitment has to be there also.
