On 6/4/96, Paul Clemmensen wrote that he was interested in swapping
roundtable packets. Since I'm not sure if my private message ever went
through (computer locked every time I tried to send, I wasn't sure that the
address I tried was correct), I'll reply here, and finally take care of an
Let me take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Susan Loder, and I have
been with Scouting for 8 years. In that time, I have been advancement chair,
Tiger Cub Coach, Wolf/Bear/Webelos leader (twice for the Bear &Web.),
assistant Cubmaster, as well as Day Camp staff more times than I remember
(including this upcoming Sat. 6/8, if I survive!), Cub Roundtable staff since
'92, PowWow chair and continuing as staff once again this year, Merit Badge
Councilor (Chemistry), our district's Cub Leader Training Coordinator, and,
to my humble surprise, became one of the DAMed last year--gee, I was just
doing my job! (BTW, that means I am accomplished at wearing/juggling more
than one hat).
To cut to the chase, if I/we can find any of our old roundtable packets from
days gone by, I will try to send them in your direction. There may even be a
PowWow book leftover from last year that may be sendable. And, since I am
doing the songs section again in this year's PowWow, I would appreciate any
favorites from your neck of the woods. Even recycling the moldy oldies works
well, if you put a good twist and/or enthusiasm behind it!
Please send me your snail mail address so that when I gather these together,
they can trickle in your direction.
