No, I wouldn't ever think of asking a CMH holder to not display his medal,
unless he were displaying it inappropriately. But if he were displaying it
inappropriately or in the wrong place, I would certainly question his
purpose and intent.
I think most CMH holders treat the wear of the medal with the respect it
rightfully deserves. The full medal and ribbon should only be worn on a
military uniform in some form. The Scout uniform is not the place for it.
As another lister noted, other associations refer to various Scout
associations around the world.
