That's true, Mark. The Times' publication is a printed extract from the
Army Times that they make available each year. It is updated each spring,
and those that subscribe to Army Times get a free copy (which is where I get
my copies from). I don't know if they provide one to libraries when they
send copies of AT to them, but I agree with you that it's better to borrow a
copy than it is to pay for it.
Once the drawdown finished, I am going to take a copy of my
military installation listing and create a chart which shows some "youth
program-related" stats and post them somewhere. That's somewhere down the
whiteboard listing of things that I can do....
