Tough to find environmentally beneficial ways to dispose. Back when we had
to keep garbage fires to burn most trash, the grease was welcome for the
quick work it did on other items less volatile.
I have wondered about packing some birdsee along. The local birds probably
need the fat, especially if winter is coming on. Same for local squirrels.
Could the fat be cooled and rolled with birdseed for the little critters?
