I have been on the list for a while and forgot to introduce
My name is George Grosik, Jr., and I am Star Scout with
Troop 77 in Westlake, Ohio. I am in the Greater Cleveland
Council, Great Western District.
My hobbies are reading, writing stories, biking,
canoeing, camping, backpacking, etc. My life time goal is to
thru-hike the Appalachian Trail.
Right now, I am concentrating hard on my Eagle
requirements, and I am working on the Hornaday Award. You
may have seen the posts about proposal for Project L.E.A.D.;
that's my baby. I am also an assistant guide at our council's
High-Adventure Camp, Tinnerman Wilderness Canoe Base on the
French River in Ontario.(E-Mail me if you want any info on the
base, it's really cool!)
If you have read my previous posts on Project
L.E.A.D., I asked for feedback. I thank all those who have
responded, and I look forward to hearing from more of you.
I need all the help I can get.
Also, I am a Den Chief with our sister pack, Pack 77.
I am going to be on the council's staff for our next Den Chief
Training Conference. (Pow-Wow) Also, I am planning on going to
Jambo97 with our troop, but if that doesn't happen, I will
go as a staff member.
