Yes it is! If I read Chuck's address correctly, he is in Arizona. I observed
the comet last night (Monday 3/25) at 11:30pm. I could see it plain as day
from my back yard in West Hartford, Connecticut. It was just that, a fuzzy
bright star between the two dippers. The local press advised moving to an
area away from the city lights, but I could see it fine with the naked eye.
and a good ol' Bear, too!
