I just picked up on the bacon thread, but has anyone mentioned trying
Turkey Bacon? My wife introduced us to it a few years ago and it is very
good. Much less waste, and you actually have to put a bit of oil or
margarine on the pan as it has NO FAT.
What about precooking the bacon at home first, at least rendering out
most of the fat?
