Not one bit. If more SMs would ask such questions, we would have
better trained leaders.

There is specific training available for your committee and there is
a training course that covers only advancement. Your Unit
Commissioner should be able to either give or arrainge for both of
these. If, like many units, you don't have a unit commissioner,
contact you District Commissioner or District Executive.
