Update on Troop 70, and yet another request for advice

I have been busily absorbing and applying all the good advice I got in
response to my first two queries, so I thought I would try again.
First, an update. (For new people, I am a brand new SM for a dormant
troop that is restarting). I am down to two boys from the "old" troop,
an almost-Life, and an almost-Tenderfoot. The younger boy has recruited
a classmate, and that makes three for our rechartering last night. I
will have three Webelos from my current den on April 29, and two more
ex-Cubs in early June (no AOL, and not 11 until after school ends). I
am still looking for more boys, but should have 8 by summertime.
We have had a couple of really good organizational meetings, and I am
taking Scoutmaster Fundamentals with both(!) of my new ASMs. This, of
course, sandwiched around the broken leg I suffered skiing on March 3
(OUCH!). Along with still being WL for 8 Webelos, I am up to my ears
in Scouting at the moment. Still enjoying it, but I will be awfully
glad when the Den graduates on April 25.
Now for my request...Troop 70 is almost devoid of equipment. Could any
of you tell me what the troop and each patrol (one, for the moment) should
have? I would appreciate comments on priorities...what do we need to get
right away, and what are the "nice to haves" we could get later?
Once again, any help will be greatly appreciated.
