The local newspaper reports that he was removed from Scouting because of
"unstable and possibly improper behavior following a scout camp." It also
reported that he was in the habit of taking pictures of boys in "strange
poses...usually after stripping off their shirts." He had run boys' groups
in neighboring towns through the 80's. boys who knew him recalled him as
"strange" and who "made them feel uncomfortable."
Even though nothing in the above is per se illegal, I certainly would not
tolerate him in any unit I was affiliated with!
