I don't believe any of us can really do a good job of suggesting a job
for the young man in question, since that really requires knowing the
person and what their strong and weak points are.
I would suggest you get together with your SM and discuss finding a new
leadership position for the boy. Preferably a position that can draw on
the strengths that he has while still allowing him a chance to work on
and overcome some of his weaker points. Don't forget about positions
like Den Chief, Chaplain's Aide, and the others that often don't get
much attention in troops but still can be excellent growth opportunities
