I'd be curious as to your support for this "Leadership Patrol" statement.
While that is exactly what my troop does, it is my understanding of the
Troop Organization Plan that the first statement above is absolutely
correct and that the other "officers" of the troop, QM, Scribe, etc. remain
in their patrols, be they regular patrols or Venture Crews.
