Our Committee had a discussion :-) last night about how frequent the troops
patrols should be changed around. Some said every six months, some said
once a year, some said even longer.
I am of the belief that the patrols should be kept together for a LEAST a
year. They need to learn to work together as a team and I think six months
may not be enough (in our troop, at least).
Would the combined wisdom of the list please give us some suggestions. I
hope there is some sort of agreement on this, but I bet there will be a lot
of different opinions floating around the cyberlist.
