No offense is intended, but the two are completely different.
Woodbadge is only three weekends or one week long, whereas
the boys are in Scouting for up to seven years. How often
do you see four or five of eight Woodbadgers drop out during
that short time? How often do you see four or five Scouts
drop out (move, lose interest, etc.) during a 4-7 year time
I tend to agree with several posters--leave it up to the Scouts.
My troop will do some reorganizing next week, as decided by
our youth leadership. In a perfect world, reorganization might
never be needed. But does this look like a perfect world? :)
