I have tried various red meat jerky recipies and don't see why chicken breast
strips can't be dried as well. I don't know if the same marinade would work
-- I'd suggest trying a fajita marinade. Cut the chicken breasts into strips
-- across the grain -- let marinate in a fajita marinade overnight. Pop into
your trusty dryer and give it about 12 hours. You've nothing to loose
trying. Let me know how it goes.
