COR and other adult registrations REQUIREMENTS

As promised, I quote below the regulations on multiple regulations IN the
same unit. Since the recharter process is the responsibility of the
commissioner service, you will find your answers in those resources, as I
have stated numerous times.
Document no. 28-420L, (enclosed in all recharter kits (at least it is
supposed to be):
Title: UNIT/GROUP RENEWAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
A ONE page document. 2nd column.
TITLE OF SECTION: "ADULT MEMBER LISTING
REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION.
The chartered/certified organization shall select ONE of its members to
register as chartered organization representative for this unit/group AND
any other units/groups the organization operates. NO ONE may register in
more than one position in the SAME unit, EXCEPT the chartered organization
representative who MAY also serve as CHAIRMAN or as UNIT COMMITTEE MEMBER,
IF NEEDED. (MY PERSONAL NOTE: This means IF the unit does not meet the
following listed adult LIMITS of registered committee members.) All
units/groups must have a unit leader/lead teacher and a minimum of five paid
youth. There must be at least THREE committee members, with ONE named
chairman. Packs must have a den leader/Webelos den leader, and it is
recommended that a person be selected as the Tiger Cub group coach, who
should be registered as an adult in the pack. The executive officer (IH) is
included in the adult listing. This person is ALWAYS considered MULTIPLE
and does NOT pay a fee in this position. Any activity or meeting of the
unit requires the presence of at least two adults. All field trips for
Learning for Life groups require at least two adults. Recruiting and
registering assistant leaders will help the unit/group comply with this
TIGER CUB GROUPS. Adults must be at least 18 years of age.
PACKS. All adults must be 21 years of age or older, except assistants, who
may be 18.
TROOPS. Assistant Scoutmasters may be 18 years of age. All other adultsin
the troop must be 21 or older. (MY PERSONAL NOTE: this means all committee
persons are 21 or older).
TEAMS. All adults must be at least 21 years of age, except the asssistant
Varsity Coach, who may be 18.
POSTS/SHIPS. All adults must be at least 21 years of age.
LEARNING FOR LIFE. All adults mut be at least 21 years of age, except the

terms like unit/groups. This form is used for all parts of our program
recharter, and in Learing for Life, and Tiger Cubs, the term group is the
Point Two: The capitalization of words within the quoted statement are mine,
not National Council's. The commissioner service is expected nationally to
be trained on reading this document which is updated as required (watch your
print dates) and thus are the persons who must know these requirements,
communicating the information to the units. That is a major portion of the
commissioner service annual service plan.
