I totally agree with Ted. Most of the presentations in our council are
at district roundtables. Last week I was asked to be participate
in 2 beads presentations, one at a district banquet and the other at a
COH to the SM of that troop (who insisted that the COH was the only
place he would agree to). I certainly felt more comfortable doing so
at the banquet rather than the COH. One of the older Scouts in the troop
(an Eagle) asked me if it was routine to do so at a COH (he appeared to
be unhappy that adults awards were included). I simply answered "no".
