The GSUSA publication for girls is called G*I*R*L, and is a joint venture
between GSUSA and Scholastic. I haven't actually read it. The GSUSA
publication when I was a girl member was indeed American Girl, but the magazine
by that name is now put out by Pleasant Company, the makers of the American
Girl dolls. It is a good magazine, but not affiliated w/GSUSA in any
The magazine for Girl Scout adults is Leader, a quarterly publication.
