Do you have a agreement which permits you to publish their picture?
This is not about stoping you; this is rather about discussing when a
publication of pictures is appropriate and when it is not

I share your viewpoint and find this act stupid. However when something
political happens I propose to rather voice your opinion before it is decided;
once it is already signed and law I find protesting somewhat useless.

I have a personal grudge about people telling how to respond. Why not leave
it up to the responder to decide whether his answer is of general interest and
belongs to the list or whether it serves only the person asking the question
Sorry, I do not know the answer to the real question. Sadly our district didn't
win the quality award last year, in spite that our distract has the best DE
from our council, at least in my opinion.
