I don't think that's what Martijn was saying - but rather something more
along the lines of "You are not allowed to do drugs or drink alcohol
when you are participating in a Scouting activity in our Scout Group"
Martijn is from a different country, with standards that are different
from those of the USA.
For someone living in The Netherlands or other European countries, it is
NOT considered ridiculous for parents to allow their children to have
an occasional glass of wine, or such. Please remember that this is an
international discussion group and that what holds as a community
standard or law in the USA does not necessarily hold in another country.
