We combine Boy Scout Sunday and Girl Scout Sunday
The church has the scouts act as the ushers, collection and
readers for the various reading.
This puts the scouts in the spotlight for the entire service.
Also lets the congregation know we just don't camp, cook or hike but
also the final scout law we observe also a scout is religious.
Hope this gives you some ideas.
It also might be helpful to combine some activities with the youth group.
That way the scouts and youth group (and adults) might recognize a few
things in common.
