A good idea, as usual, but I know of no limitations on who can be a MB
counselor, nor the number of badges each may counsel. In theory, a
parent can counsel his/her son for every MB, if the parent demonstrates
enuf proficiency to get on the District/Council list. Any local rules to
the contrary are beyond the allowable scope given to the councils.
