According to my copy of the Insignia Guide (1991 printing):
"Nameplate, white letters on black plastic, No. 2913, all members, right
pocket flap of field uniform--worn above BSA strip when Order of the Arrow
lodge flap is worn or above the interpreter strip when both are worn--top
edge of left breast pocket on male dress uniform. Worn on right lapel of
female dress uniform. Worn above the BSA strip (or above the interpreter
strip) on the female leader's yellow blouse."
Unless there is a newer issue I don't know about yet, you seem to be correct.
