Mike Walton had a list about a year ago that he obtained from National
which mentioned that although the Eagle Award is usually for life, there
are circumstances in which the Eagle Service has revoked the award for
"henious crimes against humanity". Mike's sources indicates that this had
happened nine times in the history of BSA, and yes, Charles Manson and Ted
Bundy were two of the nine cases. Those were the only two names mentioned
and I do not still have the list available. Maybe when Mike resurfaces in
Germany he can better answer this question.
