Pardon my ignorance, but I don't know about this software, nor do I
suspect that MB counsellors at, say, Camp Parsons (Chief Seattle Council)
are found in the SF Bay database. I don't know what auditing goes on
when the advancement sheets are submitted, locally.

Hey. Thanx for the idea. I was looking for some makework project for
_my_ Silver Woodchuck award. (How did you know?) I could take the
exception reports, check into which badges were counseled by out of
council MB counsellors, then visit all of those counsellors to audit
their counselling skills. This would keep me out of the way of the local
council units (and allow them to be about their fun with the boys) for a
while, I'd get my Silver Woodchuck, and the mileage is deductible. :-)
But, how do I do it in "an hour a week?" :-(
