In Canada, Scouts can go to Venturers as soon as they are 14; or they
can stay until they are 16 years old. Venturers belong to Venturer
Scouts and Venturers have different advancement programmes; a Venturer
who has earned the Chief Scout's Award can still wear it as a
Venturer and Rover.

We have Venturer Companies, as I said. Usually Venturer Companies are
pretty small, about the size of one patrol. Venturers should be
old enough that they'll be able to plan their own activities themselves,
in fact, we call an adult in charge of a Company, an Advisor, not a
