Just my additional endorsement of the Flying W Ranch's food and show.
I was there in 1992 as a "spouse/baby sitter", accompanying my wife on
a business trip, and we all went there one evening for a reception,
dinner and show. The folks there do a great job and the boys'll no
doubt like it.
I also recommend Garden of the Gods, as another poster mentioned. It
is a small park near "the Springs" with a large number of very
interesting rock formations.
I almost forgot--for that matter, the Flying W Ranch has a lot of rock
formations, too, with stairs to the tops of them. Basically, they
amount to narrow spines of rock sticking up out of the earth, about 75
feet high and 5-6 feet wide. Apparently, these were caused by great
geological upheavals millions of years ago. Not being a geologist,
that's about as good as I can describe them! Still, they're pretty
