For brevity I have deleted most of your response. My purpose at this moment
is to indicate my agreement with your statements in this particular post.
The practice of pointing out both extremes and leaving room for differences
in the middle is admirable. On the other hand, dictatorial comments and
opinions elicit like responses; I am a frequent case in point.
Now that I have had the opportunity to agree with you, I will withdraw from
