I have 5 palms also. I wear the silver and gold which is the ONLY proper way
to indicate the earning of 5 palms. Anyone can misunderstand but, once
informed, an Eagle Scout should not continue to make the mistake. I have no
hesitation correcting an Eagle who wears palms improperly; the first time is
in private and is usually sufficient for one who truly continues to evidence
the leadership expected of an Eagle.
