The Court of Honour as it is exists in Scouting in the UK has no direct
parallel in the BSA. In the BSA such a phrase is used to denote what is
"merely" an awards ceremony. In the UK such a Court handles situations such
as that faced by the SPL who started this discussion.
The closest translation would be for this Scout to be brought before the
next PLC meeting.
