It ABSOLUTELY does not change the YPP policies, they long ago stopped
Suggest you find the 90 min. new YPP course and attend it. The whole
course is a video from national, and it is very clear. I took the
course last August. It IS available, and has been sent to all
councils, they ought to use it.
