I'm not sure where you would find any clip art, but here's another idea.
Once you get the certificates made up, you can make them into 'parchment' by
coating them with a weak solution of instant coffee (cold water). Make a bath
in a shallow baking dish. Dunk the certificate in it and bake in the oven for
a few minutes 350-400. Keep a careful eye on the paper that it doesn't catch
fire. When the edges turn up a little it is done. The paper gets a little
crinkly, but it looks great. Try a few practice pages first to get the hang
of it. You may have to adjust the temperature, concentration of coffee, dunk
