About reflection fires without cardboard in it, just aluminum foil
between two sticks, it sure weighs less, but it is hard to reuse the
foil because it will wrincle and tear. You will have to throw it away
after one usage. A cardboard plate wrapped in foil can be used over
and over again and thus produce no waste. Aluminum foil is very bad
for the environment. At our group, we always try to use as less as
possible (excuse my english) and to reuse it as often as possible.
But of course, you just need it from time to time...
