Jim Lovell was a Boy Scout. He is also an Alpha Phi Omega Alumnus. The
APO National Office has a service pin he took around the moon in Apollo
13. (Was supposed to go down to the surface) From what I have read more
than half of the astronauts in the Apollo program were Boy Scouts and
most were Eagles.
