Following is the information that I have regarding the Scouter's
Journal, it would be a good idea to contact them and see about when
the next issue will be out.
Terry Howerton II, the editor, worked with Green Bar Bill (Wm.
Harcourt, author of our first field book, among many many other
things, and friend of Lord Baden-Powell) prior to Mr. Harcourt's

Subscriptions for US annual is $18. There will be 6 publications a
year, and circulates already to more than 60,000 adult Boy Scout
leaders throughout the United States. It is intended as a forum to
share and gather ideas and infrmation.
I find in the first issue so many wonderful things, INCLUDING the
advertisements! I have copied the partial list of famous Scouters;
there are inspirational tidbits that just won't stop; a really good
article on Ethics of America, "A plan to clear the moral confusion"
which is extremely good; examples of putting the Scout Law into
action; a feature story on Toop 115 in Louisville, Ky and their
"Building for the Future"; a short article requesting support (in the
way of boosting the morale) for an injured Eagle Scout in Colorado;
the Jounal Store pages show some items I would give my last dime to
own; and on and on. How anyone could object to finding out about
software sources; fundraising sources; Scouting on line information;
So -- here it is info -- have fun.
