Now scouters, take one step back. Why are you doing this in December?
Oh, because Christmas is in December. If Christmas wasn't in December,
you wouldn't be doing International Holidays in December. If, say, you
moved this theme to February, and did this sort of activity, it would be
much less emotionally charged. Each den could select a big holiday from
some culture and share it, or various families in the pack could collaborate
on the holiday of their choice.
