Your Council may produce a plaque, Randy, but the Explorer Acheivement Award
nationally is just a lapel pin, a certificate signed by the National
Explorer President and the square knot. Local Councils can and do add to
this, especially since the certificate isn't even *really* signed by the
National Explorer President (it's preprinted).
