Our local fire department Captain, a locally notoriously successful
cartoonist, speaks of "folliculary challenged." It appears that City
Attorney, Fire Chief, and Fire Captain, and one Police Sergeant, are thusly
challenged; I told my wife that 'grass doesn't grow on a busy street' and
she grinned at me and responded that 'a rolling stone gathers no moss.'
Just in case you were getting down with too much fuss & bother about the
BSA rules and memorabilia trading....
