OK, one question, and I know it is nit-picking, but Explorers under 21
are considered youth members, but they aren't allowed to wear the Eagle
badge or Arrow of Light if over 18. Don't they wear the knots?
If so, it would allow youth members of the BSA to wear the Eagle Knot
and Arrow of Light Knot.
(As I said, it is nit-picky, but...)
